High School students of Hammonton, Waterford and Folsom have been invited by F.A. Funston Post No. 186 of The American Legion to compete in the Annual American Legion High School Oratorical Scholarship Program.   Interested students,  who are interested in entering the competition, will find complete rules and contest information at Hammonton High School and St. Joseph High School Guidance Offices or by calling Tom Costa at 567-1941.
